Τρόπος χρήσης :

Mix 1 sachet (16.5g) with 220ml of room temperature water and shake well.

Drink one serving (16.5g/220ml)/220ml water) 45 minutes before training and one serving (16.5g/220ml) 10 minutes before training.

Try to consume the content of the sachet immediately after opening. DO not store the sachet opened for more than 30 minutes. Keep in a dry and cool place always
